This course provides an introduction to key developments and positions in art history from the 1960s to the present, fostering the ability to analyze and critically engage with artworks and contemporary artistic concepts. Through discussions and reflections on current artistic positions and definitions of art, students gain a deeper understanding of the diversity and dynamics of contemporary art. Special attention is given to artistic positions of particular relevance to art therapy, as well as to exhibition concepts and critical exhibition reviews.
