Content:

In practical training sessions, students become familiar with a range of scenic elements. They gain initial experience in stage technology, set design, lighting design, costume, and props. Students explore diverse scenic configurations and their interaction with other performative media, including text, objects, sound, sculpture, image, and video. They develop foundational skills in on-camera performance (photography and film), microphone-based performance (radio drama, sound, and music), and new media practices.

  • Practical exploration of a range of scenic elements
  • Dialogical approaches to composition, improvisation, and recontextualization
  • Performance and acting in and through media technologies
  • Performance practices in social media contexts
  • Multimedia and intermedial approaches to composition
  • Use of artistic media, including film, video, radio drama, sound, and projections
  • Practice-based and theoretical engagement with intermediality and performativity, and their interrelations
  • Film and audio editing
