Content:

This course equips students with the skills to independently conceptualize and execute innovation projects, blending theoretical foundations with hands-on application. Students gain a comprehensive understanding of innovation management, business planning, and project management, and learn to apply these concepts to real-world challenges through concrete, collaborative projects.

Key topics include:

  • Fundamental terms, characteristics, types, and objectives of innovation management

  • Development and execution of innovation strategies

  • Innovation processes as the core of innovation management

  • Key influencing factors and levers for innovation success

  • Financial planning and profitability analysis for innovation projects

International Collaboration Component:
The course includes a strong international and intercultural element fostering global teamwork and digital project coordination skills. Students are required to participate in a mandatory excursion, either within or outside the EU, at their own expense.
