Content: | The module equips students with the ability to understand and apply key strategic, operational, and legal principles of logistics management. It develops competencies to analyze and address real-world logistics problems and provides a structured understanding of the logistics function within organizations. A particular emphasis is placed on sustainability. Students examine the economic, ecological, and social dimensions, their interdependencies and trade-offs, and approaches to balancing these objectives in logistics decision-making. Contents:
