Content: | The module equips students with the ability to understand, analyze, and manage cultural differences in international business contexts. It develops key competencies for working effectively across cultures and enables students to critically reflect on cultural influences on management practices, communication, and decision-making. A particular emphasis is placed on theory-based cultural analysis and its practical application. Students examine established cultural frameworks, assess their strengths and limitations, and learn how cultural diversity affects collaboration, leadership, and organizational success in international environments.
