Maximizing Global Impact: Nürtingen-Geislingen University at APAIE 2026

In the vibrant heart of international higher education, Nürtingen-Geislingen University (NGU) made waves at the 2026 APAIE, the Asia-Pacific Association for International Education (APAIE) Conference. Our delegation, consisting of the Vice President for International Affairs Prof. Dr. Heike Mayr-Lang and the Head of International Office Jutta Schnell, turned a single week of travel into a powerhouse of partnerships and opportunities, representing not just NGU but also the Länd of Baden-Württemberg.

NGU among Germany's most top-rated universities

Excellent results for the university in the nationwide StudyCheck ranking and in Baden-Württemberg

NÜRTINGEN-GEISLINGEN (HfWU). NGU ranks 10th among Germany's most highly rated universities in the 5,000 to 15,000 student category. This result is based on a ranking compiled by the StudyCheck portal. In the overall ranking for Baden-Württemberg (higher education institutions), NGU has improved to 5th place.

Follow-up: Teaching Team Visits Mexico to Deepen German–Mexican Marketing Project

After introducing our joint real-life marketing project with KSK Visiting Professor Dr. Marco Rivera in October 2025, the teaching team has now traveled to Mexico to continue the collaboration on site.
