Restructuring and Insolvency Management
Introduction
The full-time master degree program Restructuring and Insolvency Management is offered at the Geislingen campus and leads to the degree Master of Laws (LL.M.).
The core of this master degree program is a comprehensive study of Business Reorganization and Insolvency Management, the main focus being the handling of crisis in a company’s life cycle. The complex problems are considered from a legal as well as managerial point of view – from the perspective of the enterprise and the consultancy office up to the insolvency administrator, as well as the viewpoint of the creditor (especially financial institutions and other major creditors).
